Greetings from the Wonder Festival Korea Project Office.

We are pleased to announce the Super Early Bird application period and discounted rates for companies and organizations preparing to exhibit at Wonder Festival 2027 Korea.

1. Super Early Bird Application Period

• October 1 (Thu) – November 1 (Sun), 2026

2. Super Early Bird Participation Fees

• Raw Space Booth: Regular rate USD 1,650 → USD 1,320 (20% discount)
• Standard Booth: Regular rate USD 2,200 → USD 1,760 (20% discount)

※ All amounts include Value Added Tax (VAT).
※ The Super Early Bird discount applies only to applications submitted during the application period stated above.

3. Super Early Bird Payment Instructions

• Please pay the participation fee in full within 14 days of the invoice issue date.

※ The final payment deadline for Super Early Bird participation fees is November 1 (Sun), 2026, at 23:59. Payment must be completed by this deadline, regardless of the invoice issue date.
※ A separate email acknowledging receipt of your application will not be sent. An invoice for the participation fee will be sent to each applicant individually. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send you a final participation confirmation email.
※ If payment is not received by the applicable deadline, your application will automatically be deemed invalid.

4. Important Notes on Completing the Application Form

Your application is submitted as soon as you click the “Submit” button, and the application details cannot be changed after submission. Please review all information carefully before submitting.

To ensure a smooth application process, please check both the application period and the payment deadline.

※ Early Bird applications for individual dealers are scheduled to open on November 2 (Mon), 2026.
